Privacy Policy

Amplified Impact LLC runs this site. I'm Tyler Moberg, and this page explains what information the site collects, how I use it, and who to contact about it.

What I collect

If you fill out the contact form, I get what you typed: your name, email, organization, and your message.

If you book a call, Zoom Scheduler collects your name, email, and the meeting time so the booking works. Zoom handles that under its own privacy policy.

If you take the AI Readiness Diagnostic, your answers and score stay in your own browser (in its local storage, which you can clear any time), and I never see them unless you choose to email yourself a copy. If you do, that request (your email, organization, role, and results) goes through the same FormSubmit relay described below.

This site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which tells me how many people viewed each page without cookies, fingerprinting, or anything that identifies you. There are no cookies of its own and nothing that follows you around the internet afterward, which is why there's no cookie banner.

The Zoom calendar on the contact page loads only after you ask for it, and anything Zoom sets from that point is covered by Zoom's policy.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, prepare for our call, and run the business. That's the whole list.

I don't sell your information. I don't share it beyond the three services below that make the site work. And I won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask to join.

Who processes your data

Three services touch data on this site:

• Zoom Scheduler handles call bookings.
• FormSubmit relays contact-form submissions, and any diagnostic results you email yourself, to my inbox.
• Vercel hosts the site.

Each one processes only what it needs to do its job.

How long I keep it

I keep emails and form submissions for as long as they're useful for working together, the same way anyone keeps business email. There's no marketing database behind this site.

Want something deleted?

Email me at Tyler@amplifiedimpact.solutions and ask. I'll delete your information and confirm when it's done.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.

I wrote this in plain language on purpose. If any part of it doesn't make sense, that's on me to fix, not you to decode.
